"Rollene, Brady and Bruce helped us find our dream home. We looked for almost 2 years, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that we went inside of 60+ homes. Needless to say, we are very particular people, and wanted something very specific, within our price range, in a specific location. T his patient and accommodating team never complained, and was always there for us - no matter what time we needed them. We were ecstatic to find a home that met our needs, and in the middle of this crazy time - ended up appraising for more than our purchase price. When negotiation time came, Rollene made sure that we got the best value - navigating through challenging moments with grace, and helped us negotiate over $10,000 in seller paid fixes before we closed. "My wife and I both wanted to share, so here are our reviews: From Nicole ... Rollene and Bruce are THE BEST!! When you select Rollene or Bruce as your realtor, you actually get two incredible realtors as they work as a team! They helped my husband and I buy our first home a couple of years ago! We moved out of the area, so they helped us sell our home recently! I could not ask for better buyer or seller’s agents! I was sad to move so far away because I truly wish Bruce and Rollene could be our realtors forever! They are so knowledgeable! Bruce even helped me take out a couple small trees because I did not have the correct saw to do so and my husband is undergoing cancer treatment/does not have a lot of energy! They checked in and sent us cards/gift cards over the last couple of years. They truly go the extra mile and are extraordinary every time! When we notified them that we needed to put our house on the market as I accepted a job out of state, they met with us to walk us through what to expect, had their professional photographer capture our home and put the house on the market all within a week to week and a half! They could have done so sooner, but I wanted time to get the house ready! I could seriously go on and on about them! My husband and I have both mentioned how fantastic they are multiple times throughout the past 2 years since first meeting them! They made the long distance purchasing process go very smoothly and were an indespensible part of the deal. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was attended to and that the home buying process was actually a stress free experience from offer to closing. There were many parts of the process that required someone to be at the property and since we were 2000 miles away we couldn’t be present. "Rollene and her team did an amazing job! I am in the military and I have moved many times over the last 17 years and this was by far the easiest.
